Your First Visit

• Allow at least 1 hour for the first visit
• Child care available
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early
• Bring insurance card and doctor's referral/order if applicable
• All patients under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Front row parking is available for our patients (next to handicapped parking)
• Bring or wear comfortable clothing to allow accessible treatment for your evaluation. (clinic may also provide you with clothing)

Rec Center Advantage

In addition to a traditional type clinic atmosphere, our team of therapists is allowed full access to the Rockwell Collins Recreation Center facility. This gives our patients an added advantage for treatment of a wide range of diagnoses (not just for sports injuries but for pain management and many other musculoskeletal conditions). Some medical insurance plans will put limits on physical therapy. Access to the Recreation Center gives our patients the opportunity to continue their rehabilitation program individually (with a therapist nearby) and with on-site assistance from an experienced physical fitness instructor. Your physical therapist will assist in making this a smooth transition.

Membership at Rockwell Collins Recreation Center is limited to Rockwell Collins employees and their extended family members.

However,

• Patients being treated at Rec Center Physical Therapy, who are not Rockwell employees or do not qualify as extended family, are eligible to become a member of the Rec Center for a maximum of 3 months following their physical therapy. The cost to the patient is $31.00/month for a maximum of 3 months.
• Non-member patients who are Rockwell Collins employees or would qualify as extended family are eligible for 1 FREE month following their physical therapy.
